🚀 New features and improvements

General

  • New module: Carpooling (see article).

  • Several configuration texts have been updated to improve clarity, and new informational tooltips have been added:

    • Enable User Search: allows employees to be searched using autocomplete.

    • Enable Phone Numbers: allows employee phone numbers to be displayed in their profiles.

    • Enable "Who's in the Office": allows users to see which employees are currently in the office.

Dorlet Integration

Several improvements have been incorporated into the Dorlet integration (see article):

  • The synchronization process has been optimized to keep the subscription always up to date with Dorlet, performing automatic checks every 5 minutes.

  • A new configuration has been added (managed via support) that allows defining the time when access routes are created for the day’s reservations.

  • An enhancement has been implemented to allow Dorlet barriers to open through automatic license plate recognition associated with reservations created in Hybo.

Outlook Integration

A new feature has been developed to allow the installation of the Hybo add-in in Outlook.

AAD Integration

An improvement has been made to the calculation of upcoming executions when disabling users who are no longer part of the synchronized groups from Azure Active Directory.

Admin

  • Management of recurring reservations has been improved, allowing full deletion or deletion within a specific period.

  • Improvements have been made to the reservation opening functionality:

    • Visual improvements in the configuration related to reservation opening.

      Biweekly opening:

    • Addition of a specific time for weekly opening.

Rooms

  • Improvements have been made to Google Calendar synchronization to ensure reservations are created correctly whenever there are no conflicts with the associated resource.

  • When a reservation remains in Pre-booking/Requested status, it is now processed through a dedicated queue and function to attempt automatic resolution.

  • The synchronization process has been optimized by separating the bidirectional flows between Microsoft Graph and Google.

Carfleet

New filters have been added to the vehicle master list:

  • Fuel type filter.

  • Transmission type filter.

  • Status filter (Enabled / Disabled).

Canteen

  • New filters have been added to simplify reservation management:

    • Menu filter with search.

    • Shift filter.

  • A new feature has been added to allow configuring a maximum booking time for each defined shift (see article).

  • Dish selection in the canteen module has been improved, allowing all selected dishes to be displayed at the top without needing to scroll through the full list.

Visits

  • Improvements have been made to reservation creation from the administration panel (see article).

Parking

  • A new feature has been added that allows configuring specific spaces or reservations so that auto-checkout does not apply.

Desk

  • A new functionality has been added to configure email addresses that will receive notifications whenever a user creates or deletes a reservation. This configuration is managed via support and can be defined at building level, affecting all associated zones.

Lockers

  • New filters and display options have been added to the locker reservations list:

    • Zone filter with search.

    • Locker filter with search.

    • Status filter.

    • Option to group reservations by user.

  • A new functionality has been added to export locker reservations.

  • Accessibility Report: The Hybo Accessibility Report can be accessed in the employee profile.

User Application

General

  • Improvements to the user experience for multiple reservations. (see article)

Visitors

  • Improvements to the reservation card detail view. (see article)

Canteen

  • A new canteen shift scope has been added for permission groups. (see article)

  • Improvement to canteen shift deletion: a confirmation message is now displayed when deleting a shift that has associated reservations.

  • Improvements to the Canteen module: images, floor plans, and rich-text descriptions can now be added to dining areas, along with a new visual experience for users. (see article)

Rooms

  • Improvements to the calendar view for creating quick bookings by selecting a time slot directly from a room's availability. (see article)

Room Manager

  • A new icon has been added to indicate whether the device is connected or disconnected from the network.


🐞 Bug fixes

  • Email sending after assignment algorithm confirmation has been corrected.

  • The label text “Disable queue” has been adjusted.

  • Fixed a visual issue where an unwanted hover effect was applied to buttons.

  • Fixed the reservation cards view, which was not properly centered on the "My Reservations" screen.

  • Fixed issues related to language selection and configuration in the PWA onboarding process, ensuring proper support for Basque, Catalan, and Spanish variants.

  • Fixed a translation issue in the vehicle list within the administration panel.

  • An issue that prevented impersonation of users without an administrator role has been fixed. It is now possible to impersonate any user included in the impersonation list configured for the current user.

Parking

  • Adjustments in availability calculation.

  • An issue in multiple parking reservations has been fixed where it was not possible to select a zone when using a predefined vehicle.

  • A behavior that duplicated parking reservations with expenses when first creating a simple reservation and later a multiple reservation has been fixed.

  • An error in the penalty assignment function has been fixed for users who deleted their reservation or did not perform check-in (only in environments with infractions enabled).

  • Fixed an issue where the "Keep Reservation" setting was not being applied correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where the advance booking configuration did not correctly interpret the value "0 days".

  • Fixed an issue where holidays were not being considered in advance booking calculations.

  • Fixed an issue affecting user search through data lists, improving behavior and accuracy when selecting users within the platform.

  • Fixed an issue that allowed multiple parking reservations to be created for the same user, day, and shift when the resource had associated payments.

  • An issue was fixed in the parking reservation details screen where the "Keep Reservation" option was displayed even when the reservation was already in Checkout status. Following this correction, the button is no longer shown for completed reservations.

Desk

  • Adjustment in availability calculation.

  • Fixed an issue with custom message translations in the Desk module within the office configuration settings.

Rooms

  • An error when adding internal or external guests to room reservations with Outlook integration has been fixed.

  • The display of the reservation occupant has been adjusted for customers without integration.

  • The behavior when searching for available rooms in integrated environments has been improved, avoiding temporary errors caused by API response times.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented creating visitors associated with rooms from the application.

  • Fixed an error that displayed the message "Bad Request" when creating tags while creating a room.

  • Fixed an issue in room reservations where the Auto Checkout functionality was not applied correctly, causing multiple missed reservation emails to be sent.

  • Fixed an issue in room configuration that prevented saving or editing rooms when the "Maximum Time" field was set to 0.

Visits

  • Errors in reservation generation that could leave the form blank have been fixed.

Carfleet

  • Kilometer validation has been fixed, preventing the same mileage already registered in the vehicle from being entered during checkout.

Activity

  • Fixed an issue where the system displayed the message "Voucher Returned" when deleting a reservation, even when vouchers were disabled.

  • ID document requests are no longer mandatory by default and are now fully configurable according to the needs of each environment.

  • Fixed an issue where the weekly reservation limit was not being applied correctly.

Canteen

A validation has been added in shift configuration to prevent:

  • Setting an end time earlier than the start time.

  • Configuring shifts that imply a day change (for example, night shifts spanning the current day and the next day).


Satellite App

Self Check-in

  • A behavior has been fixed where, when performing check-in after the reservation had already started, the incorrect message was displayed: “The check-in has already been confirmed”.

Room Manager

  • An informational on-screen message has been added to handle 504 errors (no internet connection) in Room Manager.

Canteen

  • Fixed an issue with order status updates, ensuring that changes are correctly reflected throughout the management workflow.
