Administrator Application

General

Geolocation Check-in — Configuration (more information)

Administrators have a new configuration module in the administration panel to enable geolocation-based check-in for their users:

  • Selection of reservation types that support geolocation check-in: desks and/or parking, independently.

  • Configuration of the geolocation radius in meters, defining the perimeter within which a user can perform check-in.

  • Existing business rules for check-in are preserved and applied to the new geolocation-based flow.

Room Calendar View (more information)

A new dynamic timeline calendar has been added to the administration panel to visualize room occupancy and available a feature to reservate slots in the calendar view:

Room Map Generator (more information)

Within the floor management section of a headquarters, administrators can now create and publish interactive room maps:

  • Map design tool associated with a specific floor, allowing rooms to be positioned and labeled on the floor plan.

  • Map publication to make it visible in the user application (Hybo).

  • Full map lifecycle management: creation, editing, and deactivation.

Several usability and configuration improvements have been incorporated into the module (see article: Dining Module Update):

  • The reservation form has been optimized so that the "Take Away" option remains hidden when this feature is disabled by the administrator.

  • A new configuration has been added that allows showing or hiding menu and dish prices via a toggle available in the administration panel.

  • The Menu and Dish Description fields now support rich text, allowing formatting and links to provide users with more complete information.

  • Menu configuration has been improved, allowing minimum and maximum selections to be defined independently per dish type, with enhanced validations to ensure consistent configurations.


User Application

Geolocation Check-in — User Experience (more information)

Users now have a new "Check-in" section in the app that simplifies attendance confirmation when they are physically at their reservation location:

  • Automatic GPS position verification against the radius configured by the administrator.

  • Ability to check in both reservation types in a single action when both are available.


Room Map Generator — Room Selection in Booking (more information)

When creating a new room reservation, users can navigate the interactive floor map to visually select the desired room:


QR Code Reservations (Next release)

The existing QR scanning functionality (check-in) has been extended to also allow starting a new reservation from the QR code of a room or workstation:

  • Scanning the QR code of a room or workstation offers two distinct actions:

    • Check-in: performs check-in for an existing reservation (previously available functionality).

    • New reservation: opens the reservation form with the resource data (room/workstation, building, and floor) automatically pre-filled from the QR code.

  • The user only needs to complete the variable fields: date, start time, and end time.

  • Main benefit: eliminates manual resource selection, reducing reservation creation time and selection errors.

  • The reservation form has been improved so that the "Take away" option is hidden when this feature is disabled by the administrator.

  • A new setting has been added to allow administrators to show or hide menu and dish prices through a dedicated toggle in the administration panel.

  • The Description fields for Menus and Dishes now support rich text formatting, allowing administrators to include formatted content and links to provide more detailed information to users.

  • Improved menu configuration by allowing independent minimum and maximum dish selection rules for each dish type, including additional validations to ensure consistent setup.

Administrators Application

  • Fix for start/end time fields in Rooms

  • Fix for the use of ADM Groups filters

Satellite Application

  • Fix in Room Manager: an available room should not be shown if check-in has been done in advance

  • Visits: Fix for QR codes generated with a transparent background that caused issues on dark backgrounds
