General

Accesses
In the module configuration, the names of the conditions that show and enable the access button and its tooltip have been changed to be more understandable.
Canteen
The role Canteen Data Reader now allows downloading the CSV of canteen reservations; previously it did not allow exporting data.
It is now possible to restrict until what time canteen reservations can be made for the current day, to facilitate provisioning and meal preparation. (see article)
Time intervals can now also be defined and canteen shifts can be assigned to intervals to restrict each user’s reservations per interval.
It is possible to enable takeaway canteens, allowing users to reserve menus and/or dishes even when the canteen is full.
The reservation list and Download CSV now include the TakeAway column, which indicates whether the user chose that option when booking.
Rooms
It is now possible to choose between displaying subject or office on room reservation cards to give visibility to the most relevant information.
A new room approval workflow has been added. (see article)
Improvement in reservation export to avoid errors in Excel.
User Application
General
Reservations are now ordered by start time: daily reservations are shown chronologically.
Visual improvement in the calendar picker: contrast has been adjusted to correctly display selected days with dark corporate colors.
Profile
The Expenses section of the user profile now shows all movements from the last month instead of only the last one.
A function to clear the application cache has been added to the profile.

Canteen
Reservations can now be marked as takeaway in canteens that support this option, allowing menu and/or dish reservations even when the canteen is full.

The interface is now responsive and adapts to mobile phones and tablets in different orientations.

Administration Panel
General
Improved synchronization with large Entra ID directories. Previously, the operation could be interrupted by a timeout.
Lists generated via Download CSV now separate columns with “;” (semicolon) instead of “,” (comma) for better compatibility, avoiding confusion with decimal separators, among others.
It is now possible to delete reservations in Check-in status; previously this caused a generic error.
When editing a reservation, it is no longer possible to reassign it to an occupied seat, preventing overbooking.
The 400 Error when saving a user without an employee type has been fixed.
Visits
The reservation status has been fixed to Confirmed when registration is disabled.
Parking
The functionality of the “hide delete button” option for infringements has been fixed.
Activities
The activities role that could not see vouchers has been fixed.
Workstations
The reception of emails that were not arriving for group reservations has been fixed.

The TakeAway option that was always set to true when creating a reservation from Admin has been fixed.

User Application
General
The PWA crashed when refreshing the service.
The request of queued reservations has been fixed when occupancy showed 100%.
Profile
Office change has been fixed, as it did not clear the previous office configuration.

Access buttons no longer disappear when users have multiple reservations.
Parking
The request of queued reservations has been fixed when occupancy showed 100%.
When creating a multiple reservation, only the occupied days are now rejected; previously all were rejected.
The biweekly seat assignment has been fixed; previously it failed on the last day of the fortnight.
In the reservation details, the Keep Reservation button that appeared duplicated has been removed.
The “hide delete button” option for infringements has been fixed.
Rooms
It is now possible to book rooms from multiple buildings; previously it always filtered by the rooms of the first building in the list.
When creating a multiple reservation, only the occupied days are now rejected; previously all were rejected.
The alert “No rooms available for this time” has been changed from an error to a warning.
Activities
Filters for floors without zones have been fixed: floors without zones are not shown, and the default zone is loaded when there is only one, allowing the reservation to be completed.
Canteen
The visualization of the dish type tab has been fixed so that it does not select the second dish by default.
Satellite Apps
Canteen
Validation of configuration fields has been fixed. If the user navigates back/forward, the fields are now reset and allow the user to enter the desired values.
Room Panel
Booking immediately after releasing a room has been fixed.
Self check-in
The ID (DNI) step has been removed when it is not mandatory.
