General

Improved report delivery
Configured reports are now queued before being sent, preventing potential email delivery failures caused by temporary errors.

Improvements have been implemented in the license plate report. (see article)

Currency display
The currency type is now displayed wherever a price appears (see article).

Map generator – Site creation
It is now possible to modify the shape of a created site (round or square).

Microsoft Entra ID integration – Whitelist
Users included in this list will not be disabled even if they are not present in the client’s Entra ID (see article).

Improvements in Dorlet shift integration (see article).

Improvements in the penalties functionality (see article).

Improvement in the custom policy
The system now reuses the same B2C/Database user when registering through a custom method and later logging in with Microsoft, preventing duplicate users.

Parking payment improvements
Configuration available by employee type and company (see article).

Improved check-in/check-out integration with barriers
The system now validates the barrier being used:

  • Check-in will not occur at exit barriers

  • Check-out will not occur at entry barriers

New fixed parking spaces improvement (see article).

New configuration to allow the creation of duplicate license plates.


Rooms

Dynamic columns
It is now possible to choose which columns to display in the reservation list.


Lockers

Improvement to configure via support the email notification sent when a locker is released.


User Application

New option to delete recurrence within a date range.

Improvement to the "Do you need another reservation?" option
The system now only suggests modules available for reservation on the selected day.


Dining

Improved dish selection buttons.

Improved error messages (text and color)
The text and color of error messages have been improved.
Additionally, a validation was added when booking a menu without selecting dishes, visually highlighting the missing field to improve the user experience.

Automatic dish ordering by type in the reservation detail
(starter, first course, main course, dessert).

General

Manual penalties fix
When changing a penalty from “Expired” to “Active”, it previously did not apply correctly.


Parking

  • Fix in reservation transfer to another license plate

  • Shift synchronization optimized for reservations created via scripts or algorithms that were not correctly sending the bookingType

Rooms

  • Fix in confirmation email delivery

  • Rooms (Outlook integration): An issue has been fixed in environments with Outlook room integration where performing a check-in before the reservation was synchronized with the room calendar caused the reservation status to revert automatically to “Reserved”.

Parking

  • Fix in automatic module opening

  • After the daily parking allocation and until the end of the day, users can now pre-reserve again in their preferred zone even if it is full. Previously, an error was shown indicating that no spaces were available.

  • Improvement in the allocation algorithm to increase fairness

  • Fix in vehicle type assignment

  • Fix in availability calculation after checkout

  • Fix in direct reservation option while the allocation algorithm is running

Desk

Fix in the warning message displayed when there is no availability and filters are cleared.

Dining

Lockers

  • An issue has been fixed where, when a locker was disabled, it was not correctly reflected as disabled in the list. This allowed it to be selected as available for assignment, later causing a request conflict error.


Satellite Apps

Room Panel

Fixed an issue that prevented check-in from Room Panel when this option was disabled for users.
Room Panel now behaves as an administrator and allows performing check-in for reservations.


Visitors

Fix in confirmation email delivery after completing registration.
