🕒 Office Hours Configuration

Hybo allows administrators to define the operating hours of an office by configuring a start time and an end time. This configuration determines the time range in which reservations can be made within the platform.

📍 Where to configure it

Office hours can be configured from the Administration panel following this path:

Office → Configuration → General

In this section you will find the following fields:

  • Office start time

  • Office end time

These values define the operational schedule of the office.

⚙️ How it works

Once the schedule is configured:

  • Reservations can only be made within the defined time range.

  • The application uses this schedule to limit the availability of spaces.

Example:

Start time

End time

08:00

16:00

In this case, users will only be able to book spaces between 08:00 and 16:00.

🧩 Application within the platform

Important: For the moment, this functionality applies only to the Meeting Rooms module.

Office hours are used to limit the search and availability of time-based resources, such as:

  • Meeting rooms

  • Desks

  • Parking

  • Other modules that allow hourly/shift reservations

This configuration applies to all modules within the office, ensuring that reservations can only be made within the defined schedule.

When selecting the start and end times of a meeting room, it will not be possible to choose a time outside the configured office hours.
