Currency configuration at Office level (ADMIN)
Within the edit screen of each Office, a new field is added to select the currency.
The selection is made through a standard list of international currencies (ISO-4217).
When creating a new office, the default currency will be USD.
The currency defined at office level will be automatically applied to all modules within that office, for example:
Behavior in modules with prices
In all modules where amounts are configured:
The price field remains numeric only.
The currency can no longer be selected or modified within the module.
The currency is displayed visually, but always corresponds to the one configured in the office.
Example:
Rate: 12.50 EUR (the EUR currency comes from the office and cannot be edited from the module)
Changes in the user application (PWA)
Price display
Whenever a user sees a price in the PWA, it will be shown together with the currency configured in the corresponding office.
The PWA automatically uses the currency defined in the office and does not allow any kind of editing by the user.
General impact on PWA:
It only affects price visualization.
There are no changes in booking flows or user behavior.
Impact on reports
Reports and exports will always include two separate fields:
Amount
Currency
The currency is obtained directly from the office associated with each booking or transaction.
This allows correct interpretation of the data even when there are offices with different currencies within the same organization.
