A new feature has been introduced to automatically notify Global Admin users when the organization's active license usage reaches specific thresholds.
This enhancement provides early visibility into license consumption, allowing administrators to increase the available licenses before the limit is reached.
When are notifications sent?
Email notifications are automatically sent when:
95% of the available active licenses have been reached.
100% of the available active licenses have been reached.
The license usage is evaluated whenever:
A new active user is created.
An existing user is activated.
Recipients
Notifications are sent via email to all users who have the Global Admin role.
Important: Only active users are included in the license usage calculation.
The following users are not included in the percentage calculation:
External users.
Inactive users.
Notifications are triggered only when the creation or activation of a user causes the organization to reach either the 95% or 100% license usage threshold. They are not sent repeatedly while the organization remains at those usage levels.
