A new feature has been introduced to automatically notify Global Admin users when the tenant expiration date is approaching.
This enhancement provides administrators with advance notice, allowing them to take the necessary actions before the tenant expires and avoid potential service interruptions.
When are notifications sent?
Email notifications are automatically sent when the tenant has:
30 days remaining before expiration.
15 days remaining before expiration.
1 day remaining before expiration.
Recipients
Email notifications are sent to all users assigned the Global Admin role.
Important: This feature applies only to customers with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations or Meeting Rooms integrations.
