Overview
A new functionality has been introduced that allows receiving a daily report with all license plates that have been added or removed in Hybo.
This functionality is different from the current one. In this article, we will explain both functionalities.

⚙️ Configuration in the Admin Panel
Administrators can configure this functionality from the administration panel by defining:
Activation of the report sending
Delivery time
Report recipients
🔧 Functionality
To use this feature, the administrator must:
1. Enable the functionality
Activate the corresponding toggle for the daily report
2. Configure the delivery time
Select the time at which the report will be sent
By default, the report is scheduled to be sent at 18:00
3. Define the recipients
Enter the email address(es) that will receive the report
📩 Report content
The system will generate and send a daily file (Excel format) including:
License plates added during the day
License plates removed during the day
All the information is grouped into a single daily report for easier management.
📌 Behavior
The report is sent automatically every day at the configured time
Only license plates created or deleted during the day prior to receiving the report will be included.
The report is sent to all configured recipients

🎯 What does this improvement include?
A new feature has been added that allows receiving real-time notifications about changes to vehicle license plates within the platform.
From now on, it is possible to be instantly informed whenever a vehicle is created, modified, or deleted in the system.
⚙️ How is it configured?
From the Admin panel, a field is available where you can define the email addresses that will receive these notifications.
🔄 What events trigger notifications?
An email will be sent in real time in the following cases:
➕ Creation of a new vehicle
✏️ Modification of an existing vehicle
❌ Deletion of a vehicle
📩 Email content
Each notification includes the following information:
Added by: name and email of the user who performed the action
Modification date
Office: office configured to receive the notifications
License plate: value of the new or updated license plate
