User Email Configuration:
The administrator can enter the email address of the user to whom the assigned reservation notification should be sent.
Send Time Configuration:
In addition to entering the recipient’s email address, the administrator can set the specific time at which the assigned reservation notifications should be sent.
Configuration by Office:
In corporate environments that operate across multiple offices or locations, the administrator can configure assigned reservation notifications specifically for each office. This ensures that notifications are relevant and are sent to the appropriate users based on their geographic location or area of responsibility.
