Reports: KPIs and Charts
To access the key performance indicators and charts for each module, go to DATA LIST ā [module in question] ā Reports.
This section is organized into four distinct but consistent parts across modules:
Filters: Various criteria to segment the data that will be displayed in the following sections.
Indicators (KPIs): Metrics tailored to the needs of each module to facilitate its operational management.
Charts: Quick and easy-to-share overview of user activity.
Bookings: Detailed data supporting the KPIs and charts mentioned above.
Filters
Segment according to the needs of each module and time:
It is necessary to filter by a single Office.
It is necessary to filter by period by setting a Start/End Date; by default, the last 30 days.
The initial value for the remaining filters is "All," meaning no additional conditions are applied by default.
Some modules include specific filters. For example:
Car Park: Filter by booking allocation method (direct or assigned by lottery).
Car Fleet: Filter by vehicle.
Indicators
Includes metrics, both general, e.g., total number of bookings, and specific to the module in question, e.g.:
Car Park: Bookings to capacity ratio.
Canteen: Most frequently reserved menu items and dishes, busiest shift, percentage of takeout bookings.
Visits: Associated use of parking, canteen, or meeting rooms.
How to Use KPIs
In the header, click Manage Indicators to add, remove, and reorder metrics.
On each metric's card:
Review the data provided for the period and other criteria set in the filters.
Hover over its contextual help icon to find out exactly what the metric represents.
ā
Optionally, click Compare to another period in the header and enter the Comparison date range to see the trend of each metric from one period to another, which will be displayed as a percentage in green or red depending on its evolution.
Charts
How to Use Charts
In the header, click Add chart to include other data visualizations in the report.
Next to each chart, click the three-dot icon to expand its configuration options:
Occupy 50% or 100% of the available horizontal space.
Move it up or down relative to the other charts.
Change the data representation, with different options depending on the chart type. For example: area, line, bar, or pie chart.
Optionally, click Manage Charts to configure the above options for all charts from a single screen.
In addition, each chart may offer a series of extra options for inspecting its data on screen:
From left to right:
Zoom in: Cover a more specific period, for example, 1 week instead of 2.
Zoom out: Cover a broader period, for example, 3 weeks instead of 2.
Selective zoom: Select a section of the chart with the mouse to cover that exact period.
Reset zoom: Cover the entire date range again.
Download chart: Available in SVG, PNG, or CSV format for use in presentations, reports, and further analysis.
Bookings
The final section of the report includes, for informational purposes, all bookings that meet the established filters and whose data is reflected in the KPIs and charts above.
Raw Booking Data
You can export the booking data for each module as a .csv file. To do this:
Go to DATA LIST ā [module in question] ā Bookings.
Set filters to obtain the desired results:
āIt is necessary to filter by a single Office.
It is necessary to filter by period by setting Start/End Date; by default, between today and tomorrow.
Generally, the other filters only allow you to select a single value, and no condition is applied if they are left blank, except for the Status filter.
Status allows filtering by multiple values simultaneously. To remove all restrictions, select "All"; otherwise, no results will be retrieved.
ā
Click Download Csv.
The file will contain:
All bookings that meet the specified filters.
A header row with the fields for each booking, typically more fields than are displayed on the screen.
One row per booking with the value of each field, separated by commas.
