The main purpose of this functionality is to keep the HYBO user database up to date and synchronized with Azure Active Directory (AAD), using the corporate directory as the reference source to determine which users are still active within the organization.
When a user is no longer a member of the Azure AD groups configured to access HYBO, their account is automatically deactivated on the platform. As a result, the user can no longer access HYBO, without requiring an administrator to manually deactivate the account.

How does it work?
During the synchronization process, HYBO checks whether users are members of the Azure AD groups defined for the integration.
If a user remains a member of one of these groups, their account stays active and they can continue accessing HYBO as usual. If the user is no longer a member of the configured groups, the system detects this change and automatically deactivates their HYBO account.
The account is not deleted; it is simply deactivated. This allows the historical information associated with the user to be retained, while preventing them from signing in again or continuing to consume an active license.
This automated process reduces the dependency on internal communication between HR, IT, and HYBO administrators, helping ensure that user deactivations are reflected more quickly and consistently.
Results Report
The results report allows administrators to check the status of the synchronization process and identify accounts that have been deactivated as a result of changes in Azure AD group membership.
This information makes it easier to track user deactivations and identify potential issues or configurations that may require review. It also provides greater visibility into which users remain active in HYBO and the actual usage of contracted licenses.
