Wellbeing survey

Surveys collects feedback on how people feel in the office through a wellbeing survey integrated into HYBO. Users can indicate their mood and add a comment, while administrators configure how often the survey appears and review the results.

How does the survey work?

The survey appears automatically in the user application with the question How are you feeling today?. To respond:

  1. Select the face that best represents how you feel.

  2. If you wish, add a comment to expand on your response.

Comments are optional and can contain up to 1,000 characters.

  3. Review the Anonymous survey option and enable it if you want to submit your response without linking it to your username.

  4. Click Submit.

You must select a rating before you can submit the survey.

When does it appear again?

The frequency depends on the number of days configured by the administrator for each office.

When you submit your response or click Skip survey, a new interval begins. The next survey will appear once the configured number of days has elapsed since that interaction.

If you neither submit nor skip the survey, it may appear again when you reopen or navigate through the application.

Configuration in the administrator application

Administrators can configure the wellbeing survey for each office:

  • Activation: enable or disable the survey.

  • Days between surveys: define how often the survey appears to users.

  • Default anonymity: choose whether responses are initially set to normal mode, linked to the user, or anonymous mode. The initial setting is normal mode.

If the frequency changes, the next survey date is calculated by applying the new interval to the last time the user submitted or skipped the survey.

Viewing results

Under Surveys > Reports, administrators can view wellbeing results and select the period they want to analyse. The report includes the number of responses, the average rating and the comments received, along with charts to visualise the results.

Comments are displayed anonymously in the report, regardless of the mode used to submit the survey.

Disabling the survey preserves historical responses. Access to the report depends on the administrator’s permissions.
