We are pleased to announce the addition of a new feature to our platform: the Reservation Queue for Parking, Workstations, and Gym areas. This functionality has been designed to optimize reservation management across zones and to provide a better user experience. Below, we explain in detail how it works and its benefits.
⏳ What is the Reservation Queue?
The Reservation Queue allows all zones to have a waiting list for users who cannot book directly. If a user cancels their reservation and capacity is freed up, the next user on the waiting list will automatically be assigned the available spot.

This functionality runs a daily process that fills spots from reservations that have been deleted. It enables automatic management of high demand when available capacity is insufficient. The feature acts as an active waiting list, helping maintain order in spot assignment.
Waiting list registration
If a zone has no availability at the desired time, users can join the waiting list through the platform.
Example:
Here, the zone “CM Hybrid Car” is selected and shown as unavailable. The reservation will therefore be placed in the queue, and a warning message will be displayed beforehand.
When a queued reservation is created, the user will receive an email notification informing them about the queued reservation.
Automatic assignment
When a user cancels their reservation, the spot will be automatically assigned to the next user on the waiting list.
Assignment occurs only when a reservation is deleted and another reservation is in the queue.
It does not occur when a reservation changes to the “Lost” status.
This assignment process is immediate upon capacity being freed.
Additionally, a daily process runs at 00:00, notifying as “Rejected” all same-day queued reservations that were not assigned.
Notifications
Users who obtain a spot will receive a confirmation notification.
Users who do not obtain a spot will also be notified.

By default, this functionality will be enabled. If you wish to disable it, you can do so from the office configuration, within the Parking, Workstations, or Gym module.
