โ๏ธ How to configure the external zone?
The configuration is done from the Hybo administrators page. Below are the key steps:
1๏ธโฃ Create or edit the zone
Go to Admin > Parking zones.
From there, you can create a new zone or edit an existing one as needed.
Assign an identifiable name so it can be easily recognized within the organization.
2๏ธโฃ Mark as external zone
Inside the zone details, activate the โExternal zoneโ option.
This configuration is essential: it tells Hybo to automatically offer this zone to users only when the internal parking is full, enabling efficient availability management.
๐ Important restrictions
