โœจ Improvements to the User Experience

๐Ÿ” Seamless and Automatic Login

Silent sign-in: If your session has expired, the app will automatically sign you back in without showing errors or asking you to log in again.

Smart session control: A 1-hour inactivity limit has been established. Once exceeded, Hybo will automatically reconnect so you can continue using the app normally.

This improvement prevents login loops that could occur in specific situations.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Improved Map Experience

  • Fixed an issue where the map failed to load when trying to reserve a workstation or parking spot.

  • The map now automatically centers when selecting a seat or spot.

  • The Cancel button has been replaced with a Back button, making navigation clearer.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented selecting workstations when tag filters were applied.

๐ŸŽจ Interface and Visual Improvements

  • White background added to QR codes in dark mode to ensure scanner readability.

  • Fixed text visibility issues in dark mode caused by black font colors.

  • Adjusted spacing for long names in Office, Incidents, and Vehicle sections.

  • Reduced the size of the reservation deletion popup, which was previously oversized.

  • The workstation filter button is no longer displayed when viewing an assigned parking reservation, as it is not needed in that context.

  • Fixed QR code display in cancellation and queued reservation emails.

โž• Bookings

  • Fixed an issue that prevented creating a new reservation if you already had one for the same day and module.

  • Desk reservations now work correctly even when selecting specific zones.

  • Fixed an issue that duplicated tickets when hiding the calendar and returning to the bookings view.

  • Fixed an issue where reservations from previous days were not displayed when navigating between Bookings and Home.

๐Ÿ“จ Emails and Notifications

  • Updated the color and text of the message shown when deleting a vehicle with associated reservations, making it clearer.

  • Fixed an issue in visit cancellation email templates where the word โ€œRejectedโ€ was shown instead of โ€œCanceledโ€.

  • Visitor emails are no longer always sent in English; they now respect the language configured in your profile.

  • When booking from Outlook, the location will no longer appear duplicated in the reservation.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Other Functional Improvements

  • Information of interest can now be downloaded correctly from the app.

  • Fixed priority list updates when reordering the waiting queue.

  • Resolved checkout time changes caused by time zone differences.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented deleting visit reservations when inviting Hybo users with an assigned parking spot.
