Floor Plans and Workspaces Configuration

Here we describe how the configuration of floor plans and spaces works in a completely autonomous way.

It is important to keep the floor plan as simple and clear as possible so that the user experience is as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Before starting to upload a floor plan, we recommend reviewing the Best Practices for Map Generation article.

Creating Floors

Go to the admin portal adminhybo.raona.com and access the module you want to configure: Desk or Parking.

Select “Zones” and click Create, or simply click on an existing zone to open and edit it.

You must complete the required information to create or modify the zone and attach an image of the floor plan.

Important: Make sure the floor plan is as simple and clear as possible to ensure the best user experience.

Once the floor has been uploaded, we can now create the spaces associated with that floor.

Creating Spaces

Go to “Map Generator” and click on it. The fields required to create the space (desk or parking spot) will appear.
You must choose whether you want a circular or rectangular format.

Important: Keep the same format for spaces throughout the entire solution to maintain a consistent visual style.

After completing the fields and selecting the appropriate dimensions so they fit correctly within the image, click “Save” and the space will be created on the map.

Now you are free to move the space anywhere on the map and adjust its position and size as many times as needed.

🎉 Congratulations! You are now fully autonomous in managing your spaces.
