The recurring reservation functionality allows users to book spaces repeatedly within a defined period, avoiding the need to create a new reservation for each individual day.

⚙️ How is it configured?
The recurrence option is enabled by default in all environments.
From the Admin panel, it is possible to:
Enable or disable the visibility of the “Repeat” field in the reservation form.
This helps simplify usage in environments where recurrence requirements are straightforward.
🧩 Important note: Hiding the “Repeat” field does not disable the recurrence logic; it only removes access to it from the user application.
📱 Creating a recurring reservation from the user application
When making a reservation, if the user selects the “Repeat” field, they can:
Select repetition based on the weekday of the first reservation.
Customize the days of the week on which the reservation will repeat, every N weeks
(e.g., 1 for every week, 2 for every other week).
Specify an end date for the recurrence.
Once completed, the system visually displays the full range of dates that will be reserved, allowing the user to remove any individual reservations they do not want.
🧠 Example:
If the user selects “Repeat: Monday, Wednesday” between June 1st and June 30th, Hybo will automatically create all corresponding reservations.
⚙️ Creating a recurring reservation from the admin panel
📋 Recurring reservations can also be created easily from the Admin panel, following a simple process similar to the user flow.
🗑️ How are recurring reservations deleted?
A recurring reservation can be managed like any other reservation. It can be transferred or lent, and it can also be deleted. When deleting, two options are available:
❌ Delete only a specific reservation
🗑️ Delete the entire chain of recurring reservations
