🧾 What is Self Check-in?
With Self Check-in, you can register your arrival for reservations easily, without needing to go through reception or rely on administrators.
You only need to scan your personal QR code or the reservation’s QR code, and the system will confirm your check-in instantly.
🔗 Access to the Application
Access to Self Check-in is done through a specific URL, which you can open from any browser.
This URL can be configured on a physical totem located in access areas or used directly from your own device.
The URL is available in the “My Account” section in Hybo.
From there, you will also see the subscription key, which will always be the same for your entire organization.

Enter the subscription key
When you open the URL, an initial screen will appear where you must enter the subscription key.
Zone configuration form (optional)
Next, a form will appear where you can configure the scope of the Self Check-in.
You can leave it blank if you want to allow check-ins for any reservation, regardless of its location.
Or you can define a specific zone by completing: site, building, floor, module, and zone.
After clicking Continue, the application will be ready to start registering check-ins.

From the administration panel, in the section My Account → Settings, there are additional functionalities that affect the behavior of Self Check-in, especially those related to ID badge printing.
These options allow automating the generation of physical credentials during the check-in process.
🖨️ Print Visitor Identification
If this option is enabled:
When performing a visitor check-in from the Self Check-in application, the system will automatically send a print job for the visitor’s identification badge.
🧑💼 Print Employee Identification
If this option is enabled:
When scanning an employee QR code and performing check-in, an identification badge will be automatically printed for the employee.
🏷️ Show Logo on Label
If this option is enabled:
The printed label will include the client’s corporate logo
This allows visual customization of the identification badges
🧪 Send Test to Printer
This option allows:
Sending a test label to the printer configured for Self Check-in
Verifying that the printer is correctly configured and operational
💡 Important: These configurations depend on having a properly configured printer in the Self Check-in environment. Otherwise, print jobs will not be executed.

On the main screen, you will have two options:
✅ Scan a QR code
You can scan either the reservation QR or your personal user QR.
✅ Enter the reservation ID manually
💡 Where to find your personal QR
From the Hybo app or web, go to your profile and you will see your personal user QR code.
✔️ Using the user’s QR code
If you didn’t configure a specific zone in the form, scanning your personal QR code will automatically check in all your active reservations for the current day, as long as you are within the scheduled time of each reservation.
📋 Check-in confirmation
Each time you perform a check-in, the application will display a confirmation screen with the reservation details.
If you have multiple reservations on the same day, you’ll be able to see the confirmation for each one.
