Hybo now includes a fortnightly opening feature. This system allows reservations to be enabled by half-month periods:
First fortnight of the next month (1st–14th): Enabled during the second fortnight of the current month (15th–30th/31st).
Second fortnight of the current month (15th–30th/31st): Enabled during the first fortnight of the month (1st–14th).
In addition, random opening has been implemented, allowing both the opening day and time to vary within a defined range. This provides flexibility and avoids fixed access patterns.

To manage fortnightly opening, two configurable options have been added to the Admin panel:
Enable fortnightly opening
Activates the fortnight-based reservation system.
Enable random opening
Disabled:
The opening will take place automatically on the first available day (day 1 or day 15) at 00:00.Enabled:
Two additional fields will appear:Opening day: Defines the random day range (for example, day 1–2 or day 15–16).
Opening time: Defines a random time range.
All opening configurations (day and time) are uniform across all modules and offices for a given customer.

In addition to the settings available in the Admin Panel, there is a third configuration managed by the support team.
This configuration is a property called fortnightHour, which allows a specific time (in UTC) to be defined per office. Based on this value:
The fortnightly opening, and
The notification email delivery
will both be executed at the time defined in this property.

From the user application, the feature works automatically to calculate the maximum reservation date allowed based on the current fortnight. For example:
If the current date is in the first fortnight of the month, users can only book for the second fortnight.
If the current date is in the second fortnight, users can book for the first fortnight of the following month.
The fortnightly opening feature in Hybo simplifies reservation management by providing both administrative control and flexibility in the user experience.
