๐น Hide Bookable Spaces
A new feature has been added to the office configuration within the Admin panel for the Workstations, Parking, and Activities modules. This functionality allows defining, per module, whether the site selection should be hidden in the booking form and whether the assigned site should be hidden in the reservation details and in email notifications.
Additionally, the opening of advance weekly bookings has been modified. Reservations will now open on Fridays, or during the weekend if weekend bookings are enabled.
๐ฑ User Application
โMeeting Rooms Module: The booking process has been optimized when integrated with Microsoft Graph. If the connection to Graph is lost, the reservation will move to a new status called โPending confirmationโ, and the system will attempt to reconnect up to 5 times, at 5-minute intervals.
๐ Profile Fields
A new office-level configuration has been added that allows defining which profile fields users must complete and which ones are mandatory.
In addition, it is now possible to require specific information per module in order to make reservations.

โUsers: The โSaveโ button is now correctly enabled when changes are made to a userโs details.

Scopes assigned in group configuration are now correctly applied according to the defined parameters.

The accuracy of the zone filter has been improved to clearly display the availability of each space.
