Improvements implemented in FreeSpace

In this FreeSpace update, several improvements have been implemented to optimize both functionality and the way information related to meeting rooms and their reservations is displayed. Below, we detail the main changes and new features.

What is FreeSpace?

Hybo provides an advanced tool that allows you to display the day’s meeting room reservations on TV screens. This solution makes it possible to precisely filter information by office, building, and floor, ensuring it can be accurately deployed wherever needed.

With this functionality, we improve the visibility and management of reservations, making it easier to organize meetings and shared spaces.

The FreeSpace link will be available in the “My Account” section of the administrator page. From this same section, you can also access the subscription key required to log in to the platform.

Administrator Options

Refresh interval

A new dropdown has been added in the administrator panel, allowing you to select how often the screen and reservations are refreshed.
Available options: 5, 10, and 15 minutes.

Configurable lead time to review active reservations

A new dropdown allows you to select the lead time (in minutes) used to consider a reservation as active.
Available options: 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes.

Optional: Show only active reservations

A new option has been added that allows you to display only active reservations.

Information Reorganization

Meetings listed by start time

Meetings are now automatically sorted by their start time, improving the organization and management of events.

Improvements in the Display of Reserved Rooms

Change in reservation color

The color scheme has been inverted: reserved rooms are now displayed in green (instead of red).
This change applies only to the left side of the screen, improving visual clarity.
