🟠 New Features and Improvements

  1. Additional Reservations Allowed

    Users can now create a new reservation even if they already have one in a “lost” or “blocked” state. (PWA)

  2. Restricted Day Selection

    Users can no longer select a day that is not permitted, either due to admin restrictions or lack of availability. (PWA)

  3. Who’s in the Office?

    Users with reservations in a “lost” or “blocked” state will no longer appear as present in the office.

  4. Improved Visualization of Round Desks

    The display of round desks on the zone map has been enhanced.

  5. Improved Map Zoom

    Zoom in and zoom out interactions have been optimized in the zone map visualization.

  6. New Allocation Fields in Admin

    Two new fields were added to the Admin panel to configure the retrieval of past reservations, including the start date and the number of weeks used as reference for correct allocation.

  7. Horizontal Scroll Bar on Map

    A horizontal scroll bar was added to allow side-to-side navigation of the map.

  8. Visible License Plates

    License plates are now visible when creating a new reservation from the Admin, in the available vehicle tickets, and in the reservation details.

  9. Automatic Check-in for Recurring Reservations

    If you have a recurring reservation on consecutive days and you check in on one of them, all reservations in the group will be checked in automatically. Only applies to full-day shifts.

  10. Shifts in Carfleet

    Shift information has been added to the reservation detail view in Carfleet.

  11. Improved Buttons

    Enhancements were made to the Accept/Cancel/"X" and check mark buttons.

  12. Improved Display of Recurring Reservation Days

    The visualization of days in recurring reservations has been optimized.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  1. Zone Availability

    Availability now correctly reflects shift and schedule rules. (PWA)

  2. Self Check-in

    It is no longer possible to check in a reservation that is in a “lost” or “blocked” state.

  3. Rooms in Visitor Form

    Fixed errors when retrieving available, suggested, or occupied rooms for visits.

  4. Error Messages

    Some error messages were adjusted to display the correct titles.

  5. Duplicate Room Tickets

    Fixed an issue where duplicate room tickets appeared and the system did not indicate who reserved them.

  6. Missing Images in Emails

    Resolved an issue where some confirmation or cancellation emails were missing reservation images.

  7. User Impersonation

    Fixed an issue where the impersonated user’s license plate persisted in the original profile.
    Additionally, it is no longer possible to switch offices while impersonating a user.

  8. Visitor Guest Emails

    Fixed an issue where emails were not being sent to guests added to a visit.

  9. Duplicate Invitations

    Corrected an issue that allowed the same user to be selected multiple times in an invitation.

  10. FreeSpace – Room Availability

    Fixed a loading issue when switching between floors.

  11. Hourly Reservations

    Resolved an issue where an alert indicated no availability even when space was in fact available.

  12. Carfleet – License Data

    Fixed an issue where driver's license details were being deleted.

  13. Carfleet – Mobile Checkout

    Corrected an error that prevented completing checkout when taking a photo with an Android device.

  14. Carfleet – Reservation Limits

    It is no longer possible to create additional reservations if the weekly or monthly limit set in Admin has been reached.

  15. Carfleet – Recurring Reservation Details

    Fixed issues in displaying reserved dates for recurring reservations.

  16. Carfleet – Vehicle Damage

    In the checkout form, it is now possible to disable the “damage” option even if a photo has been uploaded.

  17. Carfleet – Recurrent Reservations with Different Vehicles

    Fixed an issue that prevented making morning and afternoon recurring reservations with different vehicles for the same user.

  18. Carfleet – New Vehicles

    It is now mandatory to complete all required fields when creating a new vehicle, preventing submission with empty mandatory fields.

  19. Carfleet – Checkout with Damages

    Checkout is no longer allowed if damages were enabled but no damaged parts were selected.

  20. Carfleet – Expired Licenses

    It is no longer possible to make reservations on behalf of a user with an expired license, nor book for a future date when their license will already be expired.
