Hybo now allows emails to be sent from a custom domain, which applies to:
Reservation confirmations
Cancellations
Incidents
Reminders
Any operational notification generated by the platform
Users will receive these emails from a customer-owned address, for example:

Our technical team will handle the domain configuration together with the customer. The process includes:
The customer provides the SMTP connection details of their email service:
Server (host)
Port
Username
Password
Sending tests are performed using the provided credentials.
Once functionality is validated, the custom domain is activated in Hybo.
🔒 From that moment on, all emails sent from Hybo will use the customer’s domain identity.
